Condado de Alhama - biggest Polaris project to date….

This exciting development is described as more of a town than a traditional resort, making the development the largest residential project that Murcia has ever seen.

Condado de Alhama will be approximately 15 minutes from the coast just south of Murcia City.

Condado de Alhama will be the largest golf resort in Europe with almost 20,000 houses. The development will accommodate over 60,000 people in an area of 40 million square metres.

At the heart of the town you will find 3 golf courses, 1 is to be a signature Nicklaus course and 2 will be 'Bear's Best' courses meaning that each hole will be a replica of another hole found on a Nicklaus course elsewhere in the world. This means Condado de Alhama will have the largest grouping of Nicklaus courses outside the United States and this, added to the Trail courses Polaris World will create one of the largest collection of courses anywhere in the world!

The town will be built around a man-made lake and will have five private residential areas, each with their own town centre. All the town centres will be of a traditional design in keeping with local towns in the area. Alhama will have an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds and a traditional market selling local produce. Everything you would expect from a Mediterranean town. There will also be schools and a hospital and in addition leisure facilities including, tennis, squash courts, football areas and a modern luxury gym.
